Sam Ho
Sam first got his real estate license in 1999 and became one of the first bilingual real estate agents in Quincy. Fluent in English and Chinese, Sam was able to help many customers who has language barrier.
Sam practiced in Century 21 Annex Realty in Quincy over 7 years before he got his Broker license. Sam holds a BS degree in Engineering from UMASS Amherst.
Meiling (Samii) He
Although Samii has not had her license for too long, she has became the our top agent year over year because of her passion in real estate, attention to detail and unparallel customer service.
Before joining Presidential Homes, Samii was actively involved in real estate research as well as financing. Her in-depth knowledge in real estate and her "always-tell-the-truth" personality made her the instant favorite of many customers. They all love her!
